Bankruptcy-related limitations on PPP loans have been a hot topic in ABI email groups. An interesting test case is shaping up in new court filings. A senior living center sought a PPP loan but filed for bankruptcy before the funds were disbursed. It claims that the bank then refused to disburse the proceeds, calling the bankruptcy filing a "material change in circumstances."
