The Block: Gemini's Winklevoss, DCG's Silbert spar over frozen funds on Genesis: Gemini's Cameron Winklevoss accused DCG's Barry Silbert of stalling their efforts to reclaim funds for Gemini Earn users. Silbert responded via Twitter, suggesting Gemini hasn't responded to a proposal of his own.
