The New Mexico Bankruptcy Court entered an order on the continuation of operations during a lapse in appropriations. Certain activities are being suspended, but the order provides that the "Court will continue to hear and decide cases without disruption"

The US Trustee & US Attorney's Office jointly filed a motion before the Massachusetts Bankruptcy Court seeking a stay of certain proceedings & the tolling of certain deadlines in light of the lapse in appropriations. A copy of the motion is attached.
