Bain Capital-Backed Contec Holdings, Ltd. Filed Prepackaged Chapter 11 Cases in Delaware

Contec Holdings, Ltd. and several affiliated companies filed voluntary chapter 11 cases in Delaware on Wednesday. The companies also filed a prepackaged chapter 11 plan of reorganization and have asked the bankruptcy court to set a schedule to approve the plan.
