Infinia Corporation  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Motion/Application For Approval Of A Settlement Pursuant To Rule 9019

On December 1, 2015, an order regarding the motion/application for approval of a settlement pursuant to rule 9019 was filed in the bankruptcy case of Infinia Corporation  and its affiliates.

Order Granting Motion To Approve Settlement with Moss Adams LLP (Related Doc # 809). Moss Adams shall pay $17,900.00 to the Liquidating Trustee for full satisfaction of any and all preferential transfer claims the Liquidating Trustee may have against Moss Adams. Moss Adams to retain the distributions it has already received from the Estate.
