RadioShack Corporation Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On October 30, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of RadioShack Corporation and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 3520 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Adversary case 15-51810. Complaint by Peter Kravitz, as Liquidating Trustee of the RSH Liquidating Trust against Amcor Packaging (USA), Inc.. RadioShack Corporation filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on February 5, 2015. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 15-10197. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon. The law firm of Jones Day LLP is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to RadioShack Corporation in the bankruptcy case.
