On December 4, 2015, an order regarding the motion for authority to pay claims of taxing authorities was filed in the bankruptcy case of Restaurants Acquisition I, LLC (d/b/a Black-eyed Pea Restaurants & Dixie House) and its affiliates.

The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 15-12406. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross. The law firm of Duane Morris LLP is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Restaurants Acquisition I, LLC (d/b/a Black-eyed Pea Restaurants & Dixie House) in the bankruptcy case.
