The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 11-20059. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Susan Kelley. The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Archdiocese of Milwaukee in the bankruptcy case.
