Stonebridge Financial Corp. Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Motion For The Court To Set A Bar Date For The Filing Of Proofs Of Claim

On July 21, 2015, an order regarding the motion for the court to set a bar date for the filing of proofs of claim was filed in the bankruptcy case of Stonebridge Financial Corp. and its affiliates.

On or before July 27,2015,the debtor shall serve on all creditors, interest holders and other parties in interest, including all persons and entities who have filed and entry of appearance or a request for notices under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002 and all entities that may be entitled to notice under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(j), copies of: 1. this order. 2. a proof of claim form that conforms substantially to official form no. 10. On or before July 27, 2015, the debtor shall cause of notice of the bar date notice to be published, substantially in the form attached to this order as appendix I, in the Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition, a a newspaper of general circulation in Chester County, Pennsylvania and the Legal Intelligencer, a legal periodical which served Chester County, Pennsylvania. Stonebridge Financial Corp. filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on June 18, 2015. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennslyvania . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 15-14353. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Eric Frank.
