Solar Trust of America, LLC  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion/Application For Approval Of A Settlement Pursuant To Rule 9019

Solar Trust of America, LLC  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on April 2, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-11136. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross.
