Residential Capital, LLC  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Objection To The Motion For A Protective Order/To File A Pleading Under Seal

Residential Capital, LLC  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on May 14, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-12020. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn.
