World Imports, Ltd.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

World Imports, Ltd.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on July 3, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennslyvania . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-15929. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Stephen Raslavich.
