Ryan International Airlines, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On May 22, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of Ryan International Airlines, Inc.  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 1214 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Ryan International Airlines, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on March 6, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-80802. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Lynch. The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP  is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Ryan International Airlines, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
