Snowflake Community Foundation Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Objection To The Application For Authority To Retain Professionals

Snowflake Community Foundation filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on May 20, 2015. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 15-06264. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Madeleine Wanslee. The law firm of Lewis and Roca LLP is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Snowflake Community Foundation in the bankruptcy case.
