Seven Counties Services, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on April 4, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-31442. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Joan Lloyd. The law firm of Seiller Waterman LLC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Seven Counties Services, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
