Prince Sports, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Required Bankruptcy Report Regarding To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On May 19, 2015, a required bankruptcy report regarding to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of Prince Sports, Inc.  and its affiliates.

Prince Sports, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on May 1, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-11439. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Carey.
