MicroBilt Corporation  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For Authority To Assume And/Or Assign Agreements

On May 12, 2015, a motion for authority to assume and/or assign agreements was filed in the bankruptcy case of MicroBilt Corporation  and its affiliates.

MicroBilt Corporation  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on March 18, 2011. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 11-18143. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Michael Kaplan. The law firm of Lowenstein Sandler PC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to MicroBilt Corporation  in the bankruptcy case.
