SBM Certificate Company  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On April 20, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of SBM Certificate Company  and its affiliates.

Adversary case 15-00195. (12 (Recovery of money/property – 547 preference)) Complaint by Nelson C. Cohen on behalf of Merrill Cohen against Eric M. Westbury Sr..
