New York City Opera, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For Relief From The Automatic Stay

On April 6, 2015, a motion for relief from the automatic stay was filed in the bankruptcy case of New York City Opera, Inc.  and its affiliates.

New York City Opera, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on October 3, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-13240. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane.
