VPR Operating, LLC  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On March 27, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of VPR Operating, LLC  and its affiliates.

VPR Operating, LLC  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on March 29, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-10599. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Tony Davis. The law firm of Patton Boggs LLP is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to VPR Operating, LLC  in the bankruptcy case.
