LightSquared Inc. (a/k/a SkyTerra Communications, Inc.) Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For Approval Of Procedures Regarding Voting On A Plan Of Reorganization Or Liquidation

On March 18, 2015, a motion for approval of procedures regarding voting on a plan of reorganization or liquidation was filed in the bankruptcy case of LightSquared Inc. (a/k/a SkyTerra Communications, Inc.) and its affiliates.

The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-12080. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Shelley Chapman.
