Exide Technologies (2013) Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Response To The Motion For Authority To Take Discovery

On March 25, 2015, a response to the motion for authority to take discovery was filed in the bankruptcy case of Exide Technologies (2013) and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 3380 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Exide Technologies (2013) filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on June 10, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-11482. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Carey. The law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Exide Technologies (2013) in the bankruptcy case.
