First Mariner Bancorp  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Motion For A Protective Order/To File A Pleading Under Seal

On March 10, 2015, an order regarding the motion for a protective order/to file a pleading under seal was filed in the bankruptcy case of First Mariner Bancorp  and its affiliates.

First Mariner Bancorp  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on February 10, 2014. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 14-11952. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge David Rice. The law firm of Yumkas, Vidmar & Sweeney, LLC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to First Mariner Bancorp  in the bankruptcy case.
