First Mariner Bancorp  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For A Protective Order/To File A Pleading Under Seal

On March 6, 2015, a motion for a protective order/to file a pleading under seal was filed in the bankruptcy case of First Mariner Bancorp  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 425 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Motion to Seal and Authorization (I) To Publically File a Redacted Version of the Second Omnibus Objection to Certain Claims Which Are (A) Invalid, or (B) Insufficiently Supported, and (II) File Under Seal an Unredacted Version Thereof Filed by Kenneth L. First Mariner Bancorp  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on February 10, 2014. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 14-11952. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge David Rice. The law firm of Yumkas, Vidmar & Sweeney, LLC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to First Mariner Bancorp  in the bankruptcy case.
