Boardwalk and Baseball, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on January 13, 2014. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 14-00317. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Michael Williamson. The law firm of Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, PA  is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Boardwalk and Baseball, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
