Trinity Coal Corporation  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Preferential Transfers

On March 3, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged preferential transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of Trinity Coal Corporation  and its affiliates.

Trinity Coal Corporation  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on February 19, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-50364. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Tracey Wise.
