WBH Energy, LP  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Objection To The Motion For Order Dismissing The Bankruptcy Case And/Or Converting The Case To Chapter 7

On March 2, 2015, an objection to the motion for order dismissing the bankruptcy case and/or converting the case to chapter 7 was filed in the bankruptcy case of WBH Energy, LP  and its affiliates.

WBH Energy, LP  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on January 4, 2015. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 15-10003. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge H. Christopher Mott. The law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani, L.L.P. is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to WBH Energy, LP  in the bankruptcy case.
