Saab Cars North America, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Complaint To Avoid Alleged Fraudulent Transfers

On February 13, 2015, a complaint to avoid alleged fraudulent transfers was filed in the bankruptcy case of Saab Cars North America, Inc.  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 1230 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Adversary case 15-50206. Complaint (filed under seal) by Edward T. Gavin, Trustee of the SCNA Liquidation Trust against General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation, General Motors de Mexico, General Motors LLC, General Motors Company. Saab Cars North America, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on January 30, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-10344. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Sontchi. The law firm of No Appearance to Date is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Saab Cars North America, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
