iBAHN Corporation  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For An Extension Of The Debtors’ Exclusive Periods To File And Solicit Votes On A Plan Of Reorganization Or Liquidation

On January 30, 2015, a motion for an extension of the debtors’ exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a plan of reorganization or liquidation was filed in the bankruptcy case of iBAHN Corporation  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 446 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

iBAHN Corporation  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on September 6, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-12285. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Peter Walsh.
