Texoma Peanut Company Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Motion For Authority To Sell Assets Of The Estates Pursuant To Section 363 Of The Bankruptcy Code

On January 22, 2015, an order regarding the motion for authority to sell assets of the estates pursuant to section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code was filed in the bankruptcy case of Texoma Peanut Company and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 291 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Order Granting Application to Amend Order filed by the Debtors (Related Doc # 288). IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60, as incorporated by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9024, the Order entered December 19, 2014 [Doc. 203] is hereby amended to substitute the Birdsong Contracts listed in Exhibit 1 hereof in place of Exhibit B presently attached to the Order.
