KiOR, Inc. Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Objection To The Motion For Order Dismissing The Bankruptcy Case And/Or Converting The Case To Chapter 7

On January 8, 2015, an objection to the motion for order dismissing the bankruptcy case and/or converting the case to chapter 7 was filed in the bankruptcy case of KiOR, Inc. and its affiliates.
