Infinia Corporation  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Motion/Application For Approval Of A Settlement Pursuant To Rule 9019

On January 12, 2015, an order regarding the motion/application for approval of a settlement pursuant to rule 9019 was filed in the bankruptcy case of Infinia Corporation  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 681 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Order Granting Motion To Approve Settlement/Compromise between Gil A. Miller and MAGicALL, Inc. regarding Adversary proceeding 14-2059. The Claim is allowed as a general unsecured claim in the amount of $3,900,000.00. Except as allowed above, all other claims of MagicAll in connection with the events and circumstances giving rise to any portion of the Claim, are hereby Disallowed.
