Seven Counties Services, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion/Application For Approval Of A Settlement Pursuant To Rule 9019

Seven Counties Services, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on April 4, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-31442. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Joan Lloyd.
