Eastman Kodak Company  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Notice Of The Transfer Or Assignment Of A Claim Against The Debtor

On December 18, 2014, a notice of the transfer or assignment of a claim against the debtor was filed in the bankruptcy case of Eastman Kodak Company  and its affiliates.

Eastman Kodak Company  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on January 19, 2012. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 12-10202. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Allan Gropper.
