First Mariner Bancorp  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Plan Of Liquidation

On December 4, 2014, a plan of liquidation was filed in the bankruptcy case of First Mariner Bancorp  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 381 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Notice of Filing of the Debtor’s Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation and an Electronic Comparison Showing Changes from the Debtor’s First Amended Plan Filed by Capital Trust Holdings, Inc. First Mariner Bancorp  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on February 10, 2014. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 14-11952. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge David Rice. The law firm of Yumkas, Vidmar & Sweeney, LLC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to First Mariner Bancorp  in the bankruptcy case.
