The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-16429. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Frank Bailey. The law firm of Murphy & King, P.C. is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Building #19, Inc. in the bankruptcy case.
