Building #19, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Order Regarding The Application For Authority To Retain Professionals

On November 24, 2014, an order regarding the application for authority to retain professionals was filed in the bankruptcy case of Building #19, Inc.  and its affiliates.

The filing was assigned docket number 258 and is described on the court’s official docket as follows:

Building #19, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on November 1, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-16429. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Frank Bailey. The law firm of Murphy & King, P.C. is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Building #19, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
