Mantara, Inc.  Bankruptcy New Filing Alert: Motion For Authority To Reject Agreements

Mantara, Inc.  filed for bankruptcy protection, or had an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against it, on October 16, 2013. The bankruptcy case is pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York . The case number for the lead bankruptcy case is 13-13370. The bankruptcy case is currently assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Allan Gropper. The law firm of Lowenstein Sandler PC is acting as lead bankruptcy counsel to Mantara, Inc.  in the bankruptcy case.
